Finding the Gateway ID #

1. Press the MENU button or the Wrench on the front panel of the RG2400 or RG2200. The Gateway Menu screen will be displayed on your primary TV.
2. Use the down key on your remote control to move down to Remote Control Setup.
3. Press SELECT on your RG2400 or RG2200 on your remote control. The Remote Control Setup screen will been displayed.
4. Press PPV on your remote control. The screen lists the ID for the remote, identifies which TV this remote controls, and shows the Gateway ID.If the Gateway ID programmed into your remote control does not match the Gateway ID of the RG2400 or RG2200, the system prompts you to reset the Gateway ID.

Setting up Gateway ID #

1. Point remote at Gateway.
2. Hold B button down until red light starts flashing.
3. Press 789, then enter the Gateway ID # (i.e. 006)
4. The red light will blink rapidly when code is accepted.

Setting up remote for TV stream

1. Hold A button down until the red light starts flashing.
2. Press 789, then the one-digit stream (1 for stream 1, 2 for stream 2, 3 for stream3.... 0 will set remote to IR).

Channel 13  Stream 3
3. The red light will blink rapidly when code is accepted.

Setting up remote for power and volume

1. Turn TV on.
2. Point remote at TV.
3. Hold the MUTE button down until red light starts flashing.
4. Press the POWER button.
5. Scroll up with the BLUE UP ARROW button until TV turns off.
6. Press SELECT button to store the TV code.
